When I found myself in my first leadership position at the age of 19, I sought out resources specific to managing a team as the youngest member. Although there’s ample content for inspirational leadership and management, it proved to be difficult to find a resource that catered to my situation. Many years later, my passion towards the initiative remains which led to the birth of Young and In Charge.
